Thank you for exploring how you can support Whitley.
Your generosity plays a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and the future of theological education. From supporting student scholarships to funding strategic initiatives, your contribution enables us to continue our commitment to form leaders who serve with wisdom and compassion where they are called. As a college of the University of Divinity, all donations are securely managed through the University, and they will issue a tax-deductible receipt (DGR) for contributions over $2. We deeply appreciate every gift – it’s through your partnership that Whitley’s mission continues to flourish.

The redevelopment of the Parkville campus as a hub for a number of regional and national theological and formational initiatives is key to the College’s future. At the centre of a modest yet bold vision for improving the student experience are a new entrance and DDA-compliant lift giving access to all floors, a library and study space, and a stunning chapel to nurture the spiritual heart of the project. To date we have raised almost $500K towards a project that we estimate will cost in the region of $4.5 to $5 million dollars. EOFY gifts, large and small, are especially welcome.
Supporting Victorian Baptist pastors pursuing graduate study options, this scholarship enables study toward the University’s Graduate Awards. Special consideration will be given to students considering Baptist studies, particularly as part of a Minor Thesis or Capstone project, thereby strengthening the academic foundations of Baptist ministry across Victoria.
Contribute to providing tutorial support for ‘language other than English’ (LOTE) students in our Transformation program as well as those enrolled in the undergraduate and graduate awards of the College.
Supports promising Baptist scholars from the Asia-Pacific region of the BWA to undertake PhD studies. With Whitley’s commitment to fund up to two students, your support can help extend this opportunity to others, equipping leaders to shape theological education and ministry formation in their communities.
Provides essential scholarship and bursary support specifically for International Visa students, fostering cross-cultural theological education and building lasting relationships between Australian Baptists and global partners.
This Scholarship brings senior scholars from the global theological community to Whitley College for an annual lecture series. With a focus on voices traditionally under-represented in Western theological academies, Whitley has committed itself to a five-year program.
Through the Boreham and Scholarships and Bursaries Fund, we offer a fee scholarship for two audit students to take their first steps towards studying for credit within one of our awards, opening pathways to formal theological education for those testing their academic and ministry calling.
