New Students to Whitley
If you are new to the college, please submit an enquiry form and our helpful staff will respond to you within 3 business days. We will arrange to have a chat to you, to help guide you to your ideal course of study.
We are thrilled that you are taking the step to explore theology at Whitley, and we look forward to journeying with you.
Please follow the steps below:
Please complete your application as early as possible to allow time for the necessary enrolment steps and to help us ensure we have the required numbers to run all classes.
Please refer to the English language Requirements of the University of Divinity Admissions Policy.
Note: the University requires certified copies of supporting documents. Please let us know if you need assistance with arranging the necessary document verification .
Submit your completed Application form – via email to email@example.com, or hard copy to the Whitley College office in person or by mail to PO Box 134, Parkville VIC 3052.Application for Coursework Admission
We will arrange an appointment for you with a Course Advisor, to review your application. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions, for us to ensure the course is a good fit for you, and that you understand the course and University requirements.
When your application has been approved, the University of Divinity will email you to confirm your enrolment. Whitley College will email you a welcome pack and a Statement of Fees. If you have chosen to use FEE-HELP, you will receive another email with links for you to complete your loan application online.
Please look out for these emails as they include important information! Occasionally they end up in a ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder, so please check your email settings.
Ensure you have completed your online FEE-HELP application or paid your first semester tuition fees direct to the University of Divinity before the start of your first unit.
Test your access to the online Learning Management System (ARK) – instructions in your welcome email.

To request changes to your enrolment during the year – whether amending personal details, changing your choice of units, or changing course – please use the appropriate form from the University of Divinity website.
Any changes to units or course of study must be approved by a Course Advisor (the Academic Dean or Registrar).
