At Whitley College, we believe theological education should awaken both the heart and the mind. That’s why our approach is faithful, grounded in Scripture and shaped by our Baptist heritage. It is contextual, engaging deeply with the cultural, social, and spiritual realities of today’s world. And it is global, enriched by diverse voices and partnerships that stretch across borders. We are forming leaders who think theologically, act justly, and serve with compassion – ready to live out the Good News wherever they are called.

The TransFormation program is designed to empower church leaders whose first language is not English. Through dedicated training and formation, participants gain the confidence, skills, and theological grounding they need to lead effectively in their own cultural contexts. More than just academic study, TransFormation is a supportive community where leaders are encouraged, equipped, and inspired to serve God’s people with wisdom and resilience.
