Help Guide: How to Use the Timetable
The Whitley College Student Timetable allows you to browse, search, and plan your semester with ease.
- 🔍 Search and select units
- Use the “Search and select units” field to find specific units by name.
- You can also click a unit card directly in the timetable to select or deselect it.
- Selected units are marked with a ✓ tick.
- 📑 Select unit code to view more information
- Each unit code (e.g.
BA3100T) is a clickable link. - Click the code to open its detailed unit page in a new tab.

- 🗂️ Advanced filters
- 📘 Field: select your study area (e.g. B – Biblical Studies).
- 🧩 Discipline: options update based on selected fields (e.g. BN – New Testament).
- 🎓 Level: filter by course level (0 – Diploma, 1–3 – Undergrad, 8–9 – Postgrad).
- 📅 Semester: choose Semester 1, Semester 2 or All Semesters.
- 🏷️ Mode: tick delivery modes (Classroom, Virtual Classroom, Whitley Online, Imagine).
- 🔄 Reset filters
- Click “Reset all filters” to clear all advanced filter selections and show all units again.
- ✅ Show selected units
- Enable “Show selected units” to view only the units you’ve selected.
- This hides all other classes across the timetable and the unscheduled list.
- Useful for visualising your custom study plan.
