Whitley Research collaborates with individuals and organisations around several areas of strategic research priority. In these areas of research, we value collaborative, interdisciplinary research projects that involve a range of stakeholders: doctoral students, researchers, scholars, industry partners, practitioners, and end-users.
A key goal for our research activity are research outcomes that catalyse the informed development of resources, consultancy, training, policies, and lead to improved industry standards and practices. Additionally, of course, we expect our research to result in excellence of published output.
Currently, we are developing interest and expertise in interdisciplinary approaches to research in several areas, including:
- Spiritual Care and Ageing
- Ecclesial Futures
These fields of research are supported with a small number of PhD and HDR scholarships.
