Personal Formation for Generational Ministry

Upon successful completion of this unit, it is expected that students will be able to:

Undergrad

1. Identify and describe foundational dimensions of their personality and spirituality.
2. Examine the intra-personal and inter-personal dynamics present within ministry with children, youth and young adults.
3. Demonstrate an understanding of effective professional practice of generational ministry.
4. Develop and articulate effective practices for personal and spiritual vitality.

Postgrad

1. Consider and discuss foundational dimensions of their personality and spirituality.
2. Critically examine the intra-personal and inter-personal dynamics present within ministry with children, youth and young adults.
3. Demonstrate a critical awareness of professional practice of generational ministry.
4. Develop and articulate effective practices for personal and spiritual vitality.
5. Construct and formulate the theological foundations embedded in their professional practice, illustrating by example.

Undergrad

• Practical assessment (1,000 words) (20%)

Postgrad
