Re-enrolment

Continuing students must re-enrol into their course each calendar year, and select the units they want to study.

Please complete your re-enrolment as early as possible to help us ensure we have the required numbers to run all classes.

Applications for enrolment close 2 weeks before the commencement of classes:

Semester Starts Enrolments Close
Semester 1, 2024 26 February 16 February*
Semester 2, 2024 29 July  19 July*

*Earlier dates apply to international students – 15 November, 2023 and 15 April, 2024 respectively

Re-enrolment process for coursework students:

  1. (Optional, but strongly recommended) Arrange to meet or speak with a Course Advisor to discuss your course progression and select appropriate studies for the next stage of your program.
  2. Complete a Re-enrolment form, including
    a. Units selected for the current year (preferably for the whole year)
    b. Tuition fees section, authorising payment of fees
    c. Declaration (if submitting electronically, you may type your name and the date)
  3. Submit your completed Re-enrolment form – via email or hard copy to the Whitley College office in person at St Paschal in Box Hill or by mail to PO Box 134, Parkville VIC 3052.

Once your re-enrolment has been reviewed and approved by a Course Advisor and entered into the University records, you will receive a confirmation email from Whitley Administration.

Please look out for your confirmation email as it includes important information, but occasionally it can end up in a ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder, depending on your email settings.

Change of Enrolment

To request changes to your enrolment during the year – whether amending personal details, changing your choice of units, or changing course – please use the appropriate form from the University of Divinity website.

Any changes to units or course of study must be approved by a Course Advisor.
