Rev Assoc Professor Sean Winter will facilitate a discussion with Professor David Bebbington on the changing face of Baptist life around the globe, the intersection of evangelicalism and the Baptist movement, and the ongoing challenges that Baptists face today.

David Bebbington is well known to Whitley students of Baptist Identity as the author of the textbook Baptists Through the Centuries. A leading historian of Evangelical and Baptist movements in Britain and beyond, David is now Emeritus Professor of History at Stirling University in Scotland.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A and light refreshments will be provided.

For those who register to attend online, a Zoom link will be sent to you closer to the date.

We encourage you to join us in person, for what promises to be a thoughtful and engaging exploration of the history, present realities, and future possibilities for Baptists worldwide.

Don’t miss out.
